Here is my latest work with my friend LVD (he goes in here as well) is not completely mixed yet and has a few errors but if you would like to point of some errors and/or ideas I would appreciate it!

ok man taking a listen, this looks and has the feel of a serious effort here.

sounds good so far.that highpassed sound you have at 1minute mark, i do not like it. Maybe if you eq it down some more, and maybe sidechained it, it would sound better.(or maybe even look at replacing it, just to try) I like your bass and progression man, maybe you can boost the mids of it a tiny bit.
again, the thing that keeps coming back to me, is the high frequency sounds are just killing it for me.
I think this is a good work done by you guys, with some mixing improvements it will be much better. some of the mixing skills will come to you with experience( knowing where to place certain frequencies, and levels).

hope i could help you. i enjoyed a lot of this. the bass was my fav part.

You know that is interesting, the bass was kind of not my favorite but I am glad you like it! I do also hate the high freq sound I do not even know why I put it there lmao (stupid vengeance library), it is side chained but I am having some issues sidechaining it seems that if I put the kick up a little bit more it distorts the kick and then everything else sounds good and canceled out... but then the kick gets distorted its weird. I will try replacing those sounds I have only worked on this song for 2 days for a few hours (its a remake of a song I made with my friend a WHILE ago). Overall I am glad you enjoyed it and that you pointed out those errors that way I can go ahead and fix them!

I appreciate the feedback!

Hi Gimenez,

I’m looking on music from little bit different perspective - melody, composition, buildup and sound of instruments. So let me stary with this: melody line idea and your interpretation of it in this track is good, I like composition and your buildup, the only think you should have to concentrate on is the sound of your instruments. You have to make your instrument sound appalling to your listeners, make interesting enough that they want to listen you song one more time and again, and again,………. This is the whole trick with creating/producing music. So as msz said already, I would work on your sound, make it unique, interesting, worm and the same time aggressive and blend this nicely within structure of your track.

Not bad at all, keep working on it, sound like it could be a good track man.

Keep the music coming.

I am a little limited right now with Logic as the only plugin that seems to be working fine for me and has good sounds is Predator and the built in ones. I want to get Nexus but I have to wait a little more. What do you recommend as far as making the instruments sound a little unique? Like, different instruments overall or just different mixing style, like, Equalize it differently? or create a new bizarre sounds by messing with the filters and things like that? I am a little confused about that. Once you give me an idea about that I would like to go back and try it out and see how it comes out but I am a little confused right now, plus that advice seems very important so if you can, can you please explain a little bit more? Maybe that's what I am missing

I would start with this:

Lennar Digital – Sylenth 1

Refx –Nexus 2

Tone2 - Gladiator

Camelaudio – Alchemy (has nice discount going on right now for group buy 50% off check this link http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3833586)

Make your choice, any one of them is good, this is up to your preferences.

Cheers.

I made this a couple years back in FL Studio with my friend

I think it's safe to say that you've improved. ^_^

Personally, I would like to hear a bit of a more complicated bass (at parts) I think it might be cool if it "evolved" into something more complex throughout the song. Just my opinion.
