First sorry for the attention whore-ish title. I'm just so excited about this finding. Funny how some techno producers struggle their whole career to make that one hit, one recognizable track that'll either define their future sound from that point on or remain an isolated jewel that will always stand out from the rest of the crap they produced.
On the other hand, along comes Autechre, who have done tons of production in their lifetime and messed around all across the EM spectrum, but have never really done techno in its pure form, and seemingly with ease create this simple, but effective as hell litlle number. It's actually not new (it doesn't sound new either), however it has just been released for the first time in Warp20 box set:

i thought that the first one was cheesy nonsense, the second clip you posted is interesting though

the synth and pretty much every sample and effect used in the track. I found it all very annoying. Just my view.
It's ok not to like it, but throwing stupid, yet around here typical arguments like "it's cheesy" without explaining how is it cheesy, with the sole intention of discrediting the track is a complete nonsense. Second track, with its LFO-ish early 90's synths, is way more cheesy (although I wouldn't call it exactly cheesy either).

Both tracks are good, but their is more room to grow.. make it heavier, repeat the main choon in heavier version .. make beats more bold .. both tracks just feel 'shy' right now to come out and dance with full heart beat on dancefloor. Lot of room for improvment with great potential.

I really can't see what you're talking about. You aren't fully satisfied with the tracks I posted because they're too shy and not masculine enough for the dancefloor, so you post a Delerium track, which I guess in your half-retarded world has all the attributes that the tracks I posted lack.
Speaking of Brikha, if you're gonna post something from him, at least post something credible such as this:
I love synthy music as much as the next guy, but those two you posted are way too synthy and shallow. One (Schadenfreude) could say even cheesy. BTW, what does he even has to do with this thread?
