backing up playlists in traktor

I have Traktor Scratch Duo and was wondering if anyone has had experience in backing up playlists. I plan on reformatting my computer this weekend and I have a bunch of playlists which I would rather not have to make again.

I googled around and saw a forum saying that in the traktor folder there is a folder called Backup and has a bunch of .nml files. According to them they say that the nml files are the playlists.

I just wanted to hear from you guys and see if any of you had experience doing this. I'm hoping that if I back up all those .nml files and drop it into the new traktor/backup folder once I reformat, then all my playlists will be back?
