In a software demo version is pointless. People want to put time into programming plugins and be entrepenuers, but do crazy shit like that to kill off sales. Let people try your software, if its good they'll buy it, and tell others about it. If its not good, noise bursts wont have saved you anything anyways.

Well yeah, obviously you won't be able to make a whole track using it or anything, but you can get a general impression of the function and sound of the plugin. The noise is not loud enough to be painful or even super-annoying.
