There was also a Twilo Halloween party @ Pacha in London. Unless the name "Twilo" is trademarked there isn't much anyone can do.

IMO, it doesn't matter if the owners have changed. I worked there long enough to know the owners were not so fabulous. There was always a rift between promoters and owners. If Twilo isn't still an active entity in New York County, the name can be used unless they have copyrights.
Roxy is a different story, the same owners and just all around good people. I'm hoping they get the liquor license back. There wasn't a lot of complaint at the review board. I would rather go to Roxy over Twilo for anything.
