Non-musical studio gear/goodies/atmosphere setters

Hey guys,
I got a few extra bucks to spend and I really need to get my bedroom studio nice. my bedroom is pretty boring, and to be honest i have never cared. i don't hang shit on my walls or anything. i've been moving so much the past year from house to house, i'm settled pretty damn good right now until i leave to europe to live in the spring. so here's what i'm thinking so far:

keep in mind a lot of this i want so i can have good vibes, nice atmosphere and a relaxing place to work on tunes. the foam is for sound enhancemnt, so if you guys have any other ideas about that let me know too.

totally get some nice acoustic foam, i've been doing some pretty epic shit without it but i know it would be even better if i had it. there is a bit of annoying natural reverb in my room.

a huuuge black light and some cool shit that glows under one.

a plastic floor mat for my desk chair so i can roll around better.

a throw rug? something soft for my toes

a smoke machine and maybe a cool laser (imagine you're working on your club tune and you need to get into the atmosphere)

a better incense burner and a brick of nag champa.

a humidifier

a sexy girl in a cage to dance for me

plants on the window seal?

any ideas would be appreciated, then maybe once i get this shit i can post on the pictures of studios thread, but you guys know what i mean by giving it better atmosphere. i like it nice and clean and smelling good, and i need a good light ambiance, so if you know what i mean by getting a black light and you know of a better ambiance light that might give my bedroom studio more/better atmosphere, let me know !

and remember.. atmosphere!

yeah, this looks promising...

Wow, foam is not just foam ! Haha... Thanks for the info. Considering what what most of us are mutually aiming to create (music to be played in venues large and small), I think I owe it to myself to at least try to treat the room somehow.

http://www.gearslutz.com/board/studio-building-acoustics/447629-very-inexpensive-sound-treatment.html

from spicemix: (After some noob got told to google sound treatment for an hour) Then compare acoustic foam on the wall with proper broadband absorbers and the foam will sound like a lowpass filter while the 703/rockwool etc will sound like a gain decrease.

trippy stuff O.o

Picked up some stands about 15-20 cm high for my monitors, off of my desk. Much Better. Almost exactly ear level. Normally I would sink my chair all the way down and pivot sort of to and frow to try and get my sweet spot. Shame I never put as much detail into this stuff until now.

fuck yeah I love nag champa. I buy all sorts of incense but nag champa is definitely one of my favorites. I obviously don't know which one you use but If you've never tried Goloka you definitely should. It's a bit earthier (it's strong) than Satya Sai Baba (the blue box), it's really nice. Also THIS. I bought some at the mall one day and I really liked it.
