VIDEOS (2): Deko-ze @ The Guvernment
OK, so I decided to go into the Gallery and meet up with my peoples after Deadmau5 was done. To my surprise Deko-ze was on and banging out the tunes. I figured, what the hell, and recorded 20 minutes of his set. I'm glad I did. I really dig this guys style and never tire of performance. I don't know what he puts out in other venues, but when he's in The Gallery, it's perfect!
ENJOY.
EDIT:
Here is another I pulled from a lengthier video upon Micheals' request. He wants to use it on his new website.

Nice vid!
Just to think that he was the first black, gay DJ in Regina....
His shows in the earlier part of the last decade were out of this fucking world...

I'll be honest. I really like all the videos you put out but never get around to watching the full video.. but this video I could not stop watching. AWESOME deko-ze footage! Every time I watch him spin I'm in awe over his technical skills and energy. Keep it up, francis! It's nice to see a video in the gallery where you can actually see what's going on, lol. Kudos for getting yourself a light
I'm so glad you got this footage, I absolutely LOVED this set!

I use Sony Vegas Pro 9 with a special plug-in (Neat Video) I bought for degraining the darker videos such as this. Of course I have to play with the EQ settings to compensate for my external mic which strips out some of the bass.
