Will H - Desert Grooves [Deep House; Progressive House; Trance]
During my deployment to the desert, I picked up some pretty good tunes that often reflected my mood. I tried to pick out the ones that really stuck in my head. This mix starts off rather chill, almost deep house, and then grows into strong progressive and even a hint of trance towards the end. It really gets banging after awhile as time went on it seemed as if things just got worse and worse, more and more chaotic. As the heat turns up, so does the bass on this one. Then as you get close to coming home, it's all you can really think about...that infamous countdown begins and the moment you step on that plane to take you back home, all the stress is nearly instantly relieved. That feeling is pretty surreal, and thought that the ending of this mix captured that pretty well. Normally, I like it when mixes end on a final note, but this closer seemed just perfect for how I was feeling on that C-130.

Yeah, man, good mix. I must agree with Sam that after you played Out of Limits and If It's Too Late the energy level of the mix sorta plateaus. It was quite a housey, yet pleasant set. Nice work dude! Promise you'll stay a while?

It's funny that you mention that; because it's *kind* of what I was going for. There reaches a point where you're just coasting along...day by day, hitting a wall almost; or plateau as you mention. Very similar to what a lot of folks go through
thanks for all the listens fellas. Also, Darin_epsilon, are you *the* darin epsilon???
