Around 12,000 festival goers watched on the main stage’s big screens as Deadmau5 was pinned to the floor by the obviously more dominant Housecat. One onlooker, who posted a clip of the event on Youtube, described Felix’s fighting technique as ‘just toying with him’. Despite the cuts to his ear and being treated for shock, it’s thought Deadmau5 will still be OK to headline Cream Ibiza on September 2 during the Mixmag and DSI Ibiza Holiday. In a statement released yesterday Felix claimed “He got what was coming to him. It serves him right for acting such a damn fool”
