Does anyone know of one? I tried VideoThang but I just keep getting an error when I attempt to export the edited video. I want to do the following: 1. Split/shorten an existing video 2. Place music over the top at an adjustable volume. Thanks. No trial versions please. I want something 100% free.

Windows Movie Maker is nice. It's the program I use to make my NY videos: Very simple, but is it fun!
