A short mix of some deephouse/house that I put together some time ago. Starts of with some deeper house but then progresses towards funky house... I think Recorded with a single take so there are some imperfections in the mixing but generally I´m quite happy with this.

Saw nobody commented, but I just downloaded this... started off a bit too sparse for my tastes, but once the warm deep house basslines came in I was all over it... the track @ 39 min is excellent. Very Fred Everything-esque. Decent mixing although I noticed some skipping towards the beginning.

thanks for the comments! appreciate it. Fred everyhting is awesome indeed. Have to include some of his productions into my next mix. The skipping in the beginning is due to some recording problems. I think my screensaver popped on or something...

not bad track selection wise, but programming could be better

had me lost at few times early in the set and sometimes the flow seemd a bit random

I think it´s the recording that was skipping as I only play vinyl Technics turntables and Rane Empathy. I´ve been pondering about buying a single CDJ but so far I´ve managed to buy nearly everything I wanted on vinyl so there hasn´t been a reason to get one. And on top of that I hate playing CDJs... They just don´t feel right and vinyl is a lot nicer to own.

I´ll see if I´m able to record a new mixtape soon. That one is probably going to be more minimal and technoish. Haven´t been playing for a while now but it will come back to me fast I hope.
