SLAPPA Cd Cases

anyone have one?

i just got my 240 hardbody cd case by fedex today

http://www.slappa.ca/240hardbodyprocd-graphite.aspx

out of the box it looks well built to take abuse, the shell feels durable and the pages have stitched plastic covers instead of the heat treatment that regular cd cases have plus each pocket has room to fit 2 discs or a disc and cover, the handle feels really strong too

the only thing i'd be concerned with is the zipper failing down the road as my other cd cases have done in the past

all in all though it looks like i'll be happy with my purchase and hopefully this case will serve me for a while to come

now to begin the daunting task of re-burning some old stuff as well as my new tunes of late and figuring out how i'm going to organize my new book, i'll probably stick with what i've done in the past, just burn music as it comes in regardless of genre so it's in somewhat of a chronological order

i'll update as time goes on in regards to durability and such

I have the Slappa's. I have a couple of the 240's and the 600's and they work great. Best CD case I've ever owned. The one downfall is on the zipper. The logo that's attached to the zipper, a few of mine came off. Doesn't affect the case just makes it harder to unzip.

I've got one. Best CD wallet I've ever owned by a country mile.

The zip's been fine so far (had it for 3 or 4 years), although admittedly it probably hasn't had as much abuse as some of my older wallets (which have all failed in one way or another). I think the zip's got enough support on either side with one of these to stop it from being pulled at any weird angles to mess it up and the stitching's really solid.

I love it how perfectly suited they are to the '2 copies' way of arranging your CDs - so you just stick the 2nd copy behind the 1st and put a little insert in with the 1st.
