Youtube now charging money for viewing copyrighted videos?

I can't see this, because of my country, but according to some other forum, you now need to pay 0.99$ for some copyrighted videos. I don't know if this will affect ALL videos but only some kind of "premium" videos.

not available on my country. If this happens to nearly all videos youtube will end because nobody would pay 1$ to view a crappy video, and if this happens to the official videos like an ultrarecords video for example, someone would upload the full version
