People not returning my stuff

Since approximately april, i lent someone 3 of my CDs, 2 of which are CDs i bought, and the other is a live set which i copied to CD.

The problem is, i still cant get back my cds. Whenever i ask them from him, he makes lame excuses like, "oh i forget ill bring it tomorrow" (he said this probably 7 times at least), and "um my friend has it".

Im pretty pissed off and sick of his bullshit. I go to the gym almost everyday since i was 14, (17 now), and i can take him, but dont want to be caught up in legalities or be caught in a "one punch homicide" situation.

My question is, is there a way to get my CDs back either than just asking?

Those were my favorite cds.

Has anyone had this experience before? Its my first time.

Whenever people lend me stuff i always return it to them, i always feel that its a must and part of my character.

there are lots of ways to deal with this these are just off the top of my head.

1.break into his house and steal them
2.tell all the girls he has a small penis and hairy asshole
3.beat the fuck out of him
4.steal something of his
5.get someone else to beat him up
6.sleep with his mother or father (depending on sexual preference)
7.sleep with his sister (this will piss him off)
8.take him to court demanding the cds

all i can think of at the moment

let me tell you my experience!

I have lent to a "friend" these CDs :

Reason Full 1.0
Dance eJay
Music Progs CD1

about 3 months ago...
I learnt that he gave them to some of his friends and now they are all lost too bad cause I paid about 50 euros for the reason CDs
fuck, I still don't have them back, and after a format I don't even have reason installed :/ :/ :/

anyway, he had lent me a CD before I lent him mine (cypress hill),
so when I found out that my CDs are lost and there is no hope of getting them back, I sold his CD on ebay! lol
I felt so great! dunno, maybe I am bad

sorry your cd's have entered the "black hole" of friends....

if i look at my collection of cd's there are mine, my friends, and the "i dont know how how these turned up"....

thats why i just started to listen to mp3...
