..oh man..it's the greatest...i'm able to put all 192Kbit trax, about 80 to 180 trax on one 700MB CD-R.

i have an iriver slimx, but i do think that the sp250 has a sweeter main unit (the screen anyway)

I got the blue Rio Volt...I think the only difference is that it doesn't have the radio on it (I don't listen to the radio anyway). Anyway, I really like it except that on regular audio cds that are mixed...when the track changes there is a skip. All the awesome things about it outweigh that though. I love not having to burn livesets onto audio cds anymore...I just put a bunch of them on 1 cd-r and I can listen.

coup player is smaller than a normal cd player by half so fit in ur pocket, it doesnt skip, holds 10 times the tunes, involves no burning of cd's, and weighs about as much as a normal cd player
