it isn't litestep, or xobolite, or samurize. It's something lighter, simpler. i've done searches in the monthly desktop threads but can't find the name of the program.

can anyone help?

The program has like three basic layouts/themes that you can drag and modify.

I like Samurize, seems fairly lightweight to me (no scientific comparison). There were issues with multiple virtual desktops (virtuawin) so I stopped using them. Plus, I didn't really need the function anymore.
