Question Nobuo Uematsu??

I was over at a friends house yesterday watching him play Final Fantasy X on his ps2, I had never seen the game before and when it got to the cinematic with the first kiss I was really impressed with the music in the background. It sounds pretty trancey and I thought the girl singing in the background might be Ayumi Hamasaki at first, she has a really beautiful voice..

I've been unable to find any information on who the girl singing is, does anybody know if the song has been ripped or where I can find other similar music?? the only information I've been able to find so far is that Nobuo Uematsu is the game's music composer.

thanks

I don't know about the vocalist or anything, but you can download the whole Final Fantasy 10 soundtrack here.

Nobuo Uematsu may be the most talented musical producer of our times. His ability to compose truly high quality pieces of music in innumerable genres is a feat I have not seen matched by any other producer.

The track you are no doubt referring to is Suteki da ne, which means Isn't it Wonderful?

The vocalist is Rikki, although I have no more information about her than that name.

Also, on the Final Fantasy X soundtrack, there is a wonderful track called "The Splendid Performance" which is the most beautful piano track I have ever heard.

I don't really like Rikki's voice that much . You need to get "World of Ruin." It's a japanese vocal re-make of Terra's theme, it's a really beautiful song.

You can download lots of FF mp3s here: http://audio.gamingforce.com/mp3/af.php

I prefer Koji Kondo over Nobou Uematsu, but the Final Fantasy 7 soundtrack is amazing. Especially Aries' theme.

Uematsu is an amazing composer, but Suteki da ne nor Rikki has anything to do with trance, lol.

I'm looking forward to Squaredance, this compilation of remixed FF/other Squaresoft games done by a group of artists. It comes out in October. I think it's gonna be pretty hot.
