So my axiom 49 died last week and so I am just holding off sending it to m-audio cause I know it will prob take forever to get back.
I figure I should just buy a better one and hope it lasts a bit longer, I am torn between the axiom 49 pro and the akai 49 or 61.
Someone also suggested the Novation remote.
I Can not decide on which one to get...

In my own personal experience the Novation controllers are badly built and don't work properly. I've had two and returned them both.

I've always liked the Axiom controllers but I have to say the Akai MPK series are superb, and built like tanks too.

My choice would be Akai.
