Info on Bug - So What?

I just heard this song a couple weeks ago on the TA radio mixing and yes, I know I'm slow to just hear this song now, but I am totally addicted to it. I'm just wondering if anyone has info on the artist, when it was released, and any label info ... as well as other tracks by the artist responsible. Thanks much.
