sweet potatoes always mess with my head man (when served as a side to the main course). as a pie for dessert it makes a lot more sense to me.

Have you ever had sweet potato fries? Possibly one of the best things ever

can't say I have... but I mean, do you eat them with like a burger like normal fries, or what? when I hear potato, I think salty... so when I taste sweet, it just seems out of place.

Yea you'd eat them with a burger. They should be seasoned with a bit of salt though. Sweet and salty - THE best combination.

I read that they're good dipped in sour cream but I haven't tried that. There's a place here that has them and like 5 different kinds of mayo though and it's really good like that too.
