emmm, to be honest I really haven't given it much thought. I have a lot of other stuff on cd that I play around with that isn't this same old tired crap, but as I said, I wanted to do a vinyl mix. I dunno, I just enjoy playing? If you're tired of it you really don't have to check it out, I wont be hurt or anything.
I guess playing out somewhere is the future goal with DJing isn't it. I'm also well aware these types of sets wont land me any gigs or anything, but until I finish up with school I can't really dedicate myself fully to mixing so it's kind of "bedroom amateur shit" until then. As I said, my vinyl is pretty limited due to what the record shop around here actually has. They're really really weak in the techno and house department, but they had a pretty large selection of the older obvious prog stuff, which me and Adam snatched up for pretty cheap. I didn't really shell out much money at all for a lot of the vinyl I've got, maybe 300 bucks tops over the course of a year.
