Your opinion on national health insurance

I would like your opinion on either defending the new health care reform policy regarding national health insurance or criticizing the policy. Along with alternative polices.

It doesn't do enough. We need a one payer system. On the other hand its better than nothing.

Basically IMO it comes down to the doctors.

They are paid too much.

They need to be paid too much because their education is so expensive.

Education is too expensive.

Fix that. We need free or VERY cheap state universities again or we are going to fall behind even further than we already are.

If this doesn't reach ten pages, I'll be very disappointed.

It's been a fantastic experiment in Britain!

Yeah, because them decentralizing it means that it it failed. Especially considering that it was a bunch of conservatives who decided to decentralize it.

And they're not ending it. Just taking away layers of bureaucracy in an effort to cut costs (by cutting the jobs of the bureaucrats).

Come on, dude. Try harder. A lot harder

Why is it that Americans are the only people on the whole planet that don’t quite understand that the private sector is ill-suited to providing affordable health care?
