Mezz was packed to the core from 11pm to 2am+, and jumping. I was very tired from dancing for hours; I left at 2am, so I don't know what happened after that. I didn't remember seeing a Dirtybird flyer around beforehand. What kind of promotion did they do? They didn't even have a free daytime party before this, like they usually do. As a matter of fact, they are having the free party two days later.

The production consists only of mezz's usual setup and lighting, no go-go dancers. Yet, the party atmosphere was damn impressive. I guess there is some San Franciscan dynamics that I don't fully understand.

The bouncers cracked down pretty hard on over-drunk and overdosed folks. They escorted quite a few people out of the club. This might be due to the recent tragedies during some EDM events.

Dirtybird has a huge following and known for their quality parties! No need for all that promotion jazz. I know some people who only go out for dirtybird parties, nothing else. The techno/house crowd care more about sound than over the top setups too, minimal lighting and dark rooms are preferred.

my first time at mezzanine/dirtybird event and it was amazing... dope vibes great music great venue.. will definitely be at their next one
