Dj Mercury - June 2010 Mix (Progressive/Trance/Psy)
Been a while since I posted a set here, but had some technical problems that I hope are now completely solved.
Smooth mixing is still a work in progress, especially in not dj friendly tracks, however I think the final result is decent.
Tried to come up with a really diverse "Trance" set, following a bit the pattern that John 00 Fleming showed with his EM 2010. Except for the ARW Remix, all the other tracks have been released in the last 12 months.
Hope you will like it and looking forward to any type of feedback or suggestion. If you have problems with Megaupload let me know that I will upload it to another mirror as well.

Mixed feelings about this. Your mixing was incredibly smooth and there were some good tunes early on, but the later stuff was really generic prog-psy with cheesy spoken samples and melodies of what Domesticated calls random synth notes fired off to sound "trancey".
Maindave - Charata is a lovely track, definitely the highlight for me. I actually have that promo still zipped on my hard-drive, so I was doubly pleased because I don't have to pay for that track.
Thanks for the time you took to check the mix out.
I agree that the early part is definitely the one that turned out better and likely also because I planned it better. Then I tried to experiment a bit and move to some spacey stuff like the Exoplanet and Metadeko track, which I am not sure it worked as I hoped.
In the second half I then tried to go for more banging stuff, but I agree that the majority of the tracks that I picked were not really up to par with the rest of the mix.
As for the best track for me is a close call between Charata and You're a Star.
Any set with Charata in it is getting downloaded. I absolutely love that track, Maindave is a genius and I have a list of literally 20 gems of his that are unreleased.
Thanks Camwin for your feedback. Glad you liked it. The July Mix will include another production that had Harris Briggs involved. Pity that they are not more prolific, so much Trance crap out there.
Thanks for the interest THE_Chris, totally agree with your Maindave assessment.

Hei Philby, thanks for the positive feedback, glad you liked it.
The track you are asking is the one already mentioned by Light The Fuse: David Forbes - Sunrise (Tom Sela & Harris Briggs Remix)

also, playaz may be hatin but bonfire is one of my favourite tunes of the last year or so, i love the epicness
Have seen already 3 times Earsugar live and that track is still the one that makes the more damage. Dancefloor goes nuts every time it is dropped (even made a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z719PEhwfRE )
