we are 4 guys coming from montreal on Aug 21-22-23


1- HOTEL - we don't need something really hot and expensive....but neither dangereous and dirty ...any tipsor idea for me ????

2- VISIT - we are only 19 so we dont want to visit museum ,,,we wanna see the real things...tell me what's cool to see ! there's the chinatown and wtc but after that....

3- CAR - is it dangereous to keep your car parked in NY and take it 3 days later ?

4- Tell me shops to make good bargains for things like electronic or psx2 or you know what i mean

5- Tell me where not to go hehehe

6- THE CLUBS to go ( you know i like trance

2) go see Times Square (42nd), go see IMax theaters, go see mariott in times square (42nd floor) - rotates around NYC once an hour...
go to google.com and type in NYC and u will find somethinig)
3)Not dangerous, just expensive.. Prepare to pay about $1000 q day in tickets..., I would call hotel and ask if they have a deal for you...
4)ChinaTown got all the bargains u want..
5)dont go to Harlem (over 130th streets)
6)no real trance club in NYC, check out Arc, SF, EXIT, Roxy


7)bring some weapons and stuff with you..

the cheapest i ever found was about $70/night. it was safe and clean, but not very luxurious. you probably want to stay somewhere in lower manhattan.

2- VISIT - we are only 19 so we dont want to visit museum ,,,we wanna see the real things...tell me what's cool to see ! there's the chinatown and wtc but after that....

good shopping along broadway b/t canal and houston. variety of stuff, street vendors...
greenwich village - 4th and 6th ave or so - some good shops, fun bars - it looks like you will be here on weekdays so i wouldn't be too worried about ID....
east village - st marks (8th st) b/t 2nd and 3rd - great restaurants, interesting shops...
saturday afternoon - ps1 - MoMA has a division in queens - 2 stops from lower manhattan - that throws a weekly party with an incredible vibe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
i think midtown is a waste of time, but broadway shows, times square, empire state bldg are all there...
central park is beautiful.
bronx zoo - i only say this because i want to go....

$55/ticket - i know this personally. you can park in a lot of places for free after 7:00 but that doesn't include the daytime. it is reasonalbly safe - if you park in one of the lots on the west side, you should be able to leave it for $12/day or so.

arc is my favorite club in the city but they play progressive house mostly (danny teneglia on fridays for afterhours is great.)
tuesday and thursday have the best parties of the week and if i am not mistaken, some ppl on this board should be starting a wednesday night party soon.
pm me if you are interested in more info because i'll have more specific info on the weekly parties closer to the date.

FYI -a bunch of NYTAs are heading down to DC the 24th for Johan Geilen. I don't know of any big trance events that weekend. NY is not really a trance city.

weapons: all u need is a 4 bats, 2 m-16's, some camping gear (just in case), camoflauge, swiss army knife,couple of grenades, 1 rocket launcher, and before u come here take some kirate classes. so u will be str8.

also u can hire arthur he charges 100 bux a day. but hes mad dangerous he might kill you or rape you. soo you gotta watch out.

oh yeh...wear either red or blue. so if ur in a neighboorhood just swithc your clothes and u will be fine.

and i wouldnt park ur car anywhere. the moment u leave it its gonan get stolen...so u gotta watch out. just stay in your cars and drive around the city. take pictures inside ur car. if u got a pimped out car u can get some girls as well.
