cut frequencies, just like a mixer has cuts for the lows the highs and the mids, thanx.

i think any software eq will do it. or use a wave-editor like soundforge, wavelab or cooledit.

open up your soundforge and load a wave file. go to 'process -> eq -> graphic'. there you will see the frequency range and the level in db. youst mess around with the presets.
