The quantization depends on the minimum "note" or step length you're using on the piano roll.

If you're using 1/4 th, all the steps will be quantised according to that. If you're using 'bar', all the steps will be quantised according to that (one BAR aka PATTERN in FL).

Edit. Oh, I get it now. I'm not familiar with the "groove templates", if that's what you're asking advice in. There was recently a thread about a groove template on a certain track.

Oh wait, there still IS, so you should go there and ask the people that replied to that specific thread. It is right here: Groove Template on Pryda - Niton, it is related to the subject at hand here. Please don't start a new thread every time you need advice in performing some specific task. Use Google (a widely known internet search engine), or refer to the manual in your FL Studio.
