Problem #1: DJs don't make tracks, producers do. Most "Top 100" DJs have never actually produced a track in their lives, even if one was signed under their name.
Problem #2: Remixes have to be licensed by the label. Blasting it to a forum with even just 100 other people in order to gather remixes would definitely violate their terms.
Problem #3: A-list DJs and even most B-listers have extremely busy schedules and do not have the time, patience, or inclination to sit around reviewing a bunch of cookie-cutter tracks. Even if they did, they sure as hell wouldn't review yours if you managed to crash their party somehow.
Conclusion: Bullshit.
