I don’t live in the US but maybe make the radios play those tracks. I lived in Singapore for the last 5 years and trance became popular (among the kids) as soon as they played Armin’s “Youtopia” and “Not Giving Up On Love”. So they googled him, found out about ASOT.. that’s a start right?

Make trance videos where the DJ walks into a dance club with sunglasses on blowing a huge puff of smoke with big-booty scrippers on each arm

very simple answer actually.....

tell LMFAO, Guetta, Pitbull to use trance beats instead of electro/prog house.

the kids need to be fed the music otherwise they'll have a much harder time finding it.

Video games. No, I'm actually serious, video games are actually the place I think trance music belongs rather than on the dancefloor.

Video games is the very best tool out there that encourages the common being to get involved into something. Look up the game Rez, it's a futuristic, colourful rail shooter that moves along with the soundtrack. You can even plug in a separate vibration device that rumbles along with the beat called, hold on, Trance Vibrator.

Now that's direction I want to see trance going. FFS, I want see Mega Man rather than AvB to be trance's hugest mascot.
