Teezdalien - Mystical Moments [Downtempo Psy]
This one has been in the pipe-works for sometime now, but getting it to a point where I've been satisfied has really tested my patience and I've been reluctant to share it. I've never put out a mix of this kind of music before and it is probably noticeable. I've thrown my usual seamless blending style out the window with this as these tracks are just so varied in tempo, I've tried to keep the transition points as smooth as I could although the best way I found was to just shift through the ambient intros and outros with no tempo matching. Basically it's just a compilation of my favourite tracks that I've found so far within this genre and I'm really looking for advice from others that have experience playing this kind of stuff.
It's not a danceable mix in any sense, full of trippy chilled out goodness but also steps through some quite strange, interesting psychedelic sounds. It's definitely something different for myself and was a real challenge to put together. I hope you enjoy the tunes regardless, I know I do.

Thanks mate. A bit surprising to hear that you're not familiar with a lot of these artists being a psy enthusiast, although this is probably quite a bit more chilled than the kind of psy you're known to play. Shulman, Mirror System and Sundog are quite well known and renound within this field. Was kinda hoping this mix might generate a bit more interest here but oh well.

I listened today and it was a very pleasant mix. Absolutely no complaints at all. This is one of my most preferred genres and you also included a long-time favorite tune of mine in the face of Sundog - 7 Minutes to Midnight. I loooove it! The mix was flowing effortlessly and was filled with enough hooks to keep me interested. Good job!

I'll admit I know absolutely nothing about this kinda music (I do like quite a bit of downtempo - The Orb/Ulrich Schnauss/Global Communication) but I trust you enough so I am gonna check it out... will report back with comments
