I'm starting to feel like a record on repeat, but here ya go:
Stanton RM3 Don't get this, i have heard from many people it is crap
Behringer VMX300 Just came out recently, not sure if it will last, cheap price. I have heard of a few breaking down, and with the price, i am not surprised.
Numark SM3 this mixer is aiight, a couple people reccomended it. numark has a TON of mixers in this range, including the fusion series, all would be OK. I have heard bad things about the faders though, they tend to wear out.
Vestax PMC. both those mixer that you listed have PMC faders. these are not as good as the PCV ones, and will not last nearly as long. you will be buying new faders soon, not just crossfader.
the PMC170A is a PCV version of the PCV170. one thing to know about this mixer is that the EQ does not work in the headphones which i think is pretty lame.
the vestaxPCV275 is a PCV version of the PMC-270 and the extra money for the PCV faders is worth every penny in my opinion.
it's more than you want to spend, but trust me, this mixer rocks.
go look at the post pics of your setup thread, and take a look how many tranceaddicts have this mixer, and you will see that it's the one to get.
but, if you really can't afford it, then i say get the numark, stay away from behringer and the rm3.
