very good, but it is still too soft for "hard trance" ...try another wicked leadsounds ( perhaps a cosmic gate sytle lead would fit perfectly ) and use another melody if you want to publish it, because otherwise you need Mike Oldfield to allow you your track be published...

As far as going for a cosmic gate type of lead. I wouldn't mind but i don't use hardware synths.. only vst's its very hard to make those type of sounds. Permission from mike is already in the works, if i decide to use this song.

Just kinda a sample of what i can do. I didn't use the midi if you can't tell already. I played it just from listening to the song with my keyboard. Thanks for the insight bro.

actually I don't believe there 's a problem with that melo. Sure sounds like tubular bells but I think it's not too close.
To be totally sure just alter some notes here and there so there is no big difference in sound but in keys.

since i played it from just listening to it. im shure its not the same melody. I have other songs in the works with my own melodies, i just liked the way this one sounded. Thanks for the insight on the triangle... im lookin in to it. I use mostly use ES2 from Logic, I can make some really good sounds with it
