The only one I can think of offhand is that Vengeance one, but I've never used it.
I don't know what you're looking for in terms of sound, so I could be wrong about this, but I doubt that a dedicated kick plugin going to solve your issues anyway. This is a topic for a different thread, but if you're using your samples straight out of the box and finding that limiting, you might want to consider different ways to use them (e.g., layering, EQ, pitch-shifting, etc.).
