I'm into making tech house. In general rythnic relationships are what get my juices flowing.

My goal is to make something stripped right back including a kick completely chopped away with eq, and at the same time those few elements sound very full and nourashing. I tend to put too many elements into a track I think.

At the same time though I'm always after something more than just a self indulgant minimal work, for me I strive to also make it have a wider appeal.

Tribal for me is almost always too lame and old sounding. I like a tribal element but not in a 2001 housey sense.
