Need help About vocals

Hey all. me and my friend (witch is a girl btw xD ) are going to make a song like this:

not sure but i guess its house? dont kill me if im wrong xD
but something in that songs genre.

but i have no idea how to write the lyrics for it.
so here is the questions:

1: How do i write a good lyric for this kind of music?
2: How do i use the lyrics good in the beat?
3: and what should i start making? should i start by writing lyrics then create a beat from the lyrics? or create lyrics from the beat?
(lyrics from beat or beat from lyrics)

hope to get alot of good answers
