How can i produce music with Ableton?

Ive been using Ableton for mixes and megamixes for months now and I know the ins and outs pretty well but how do i start producing? I know i should buy a MIDI keyboard and stuff but where do i get the packs for Ableton with all the trance sounds and samples? is there such a package for Ableton?
