anyone playing?

Just got it on PS3...haven't played it yet

let us know what its like KE. enjoyed the first one for the most part but didnt scare me too much.

i didn't like the first one because it didn't scare me.

reviews called it "the next great horror game"

all it did was make everything dark so you shot at moving shadows.

Don't own it, haven't played it yet and not planning to. It's just another first person shooter that just happens to involve zombies. If you want that kind of game, go pick up Half-Life 2. All in all it feels like another GTA, i.e. a game boys in the age 12-16 play just because they want to express their rebellion by doing everything their parents told them not to do.

In short, IT'S NOT A HORROR GAME, JUST BECAUSE YOUR MOTHER GOT DISGUSTED BY IT.

Damn this forum is dead more than ever lol. Anyways, I finally got to this game and it's bad ass. It's not as scary as I would like it to be, but they made a really solid game worth picking up if you are on the fence about it. I'm playing the PS3 version as it was pretty much made for this platform and really enjoy it. If u liked 1 I'm sure you will like this one too

First one was alright, it's worth playing even if you've played half life 2. Obviously you should play half life 2 if you haven't but that's different. Left for dead was better zombie wise.

Both games were great, 1st one was scarier because of the settings, sounds and how creatures traveled through vents and attacked player out of nowhere. In order to enjoy the game fully, one must play on hardest difficulty so that ammo is scarce and thus requires more strategy and thinking.

Dude, I loved left 4 dead and the 2nd installment as well. In fact, its one of my fav video games. But Dead Space 2, its not as scary as they say it is. in fact theres not really a scary game out there. but sure theres some REALLY fucked up things that they can come up with. but thats (well to me at least) what makes games intresting. who dosn't want to shoot somthing deformed and trying to kill ya?

If you guys want a scary game, get Amnesia the dark descent
