Computer Mixing
Allright I wanna make a point!
I am poor, I have not a lot of money, well my P's do but I'm currently doing yr. 12 and don't have much time to work for $$$
If I have an mp3 that I can't/haven't burnt or I don't have the vinyl (a good friend has 1200's) I generally settle with pcdj, yeah I know, but just wait.
This has no eq bands or kill switches and because I don't have a creative soundcard I can't monitor either...do you know what this means?? when I play the music what ther audience (or tape/cd) hears is everything I hear so when I start a track it's gotta be perfect. So anyone who say's it's easier on a computer program "that does everything for you" is fooling themselves, some of these mixes are AWESOME with my mixer when I can actually use some functions.
Basically imagine using to cd players that only have tempo control and you are using to volume sliders to mix....
seriously understand what your talking about, but atomix is another area (that's BS)
