Simon Baring is director of the Neon Bookings agency, Minimal Mayhem events company, Eye2Ear Music Syncing Agency & also an avid DJ and producer (Simon Baring & Casanueva). He was also a start up member of the b@TV team.
Since starting out he’s played in the USA, Israel, Russia, Ibiza, Morocco, Costa Rica, Greece, England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Finland and Hungary with more bookings pouring in all the time. Brazil, Japan & Chile are the latest countries to make bookings with Simon for 2009.
Widely acclaimed wherever he’s played, the gigs keep getting bigger and better! It’s been a meteoric rise in the short time he’s been on the circuit. He recently played on the main stage of the Glade Festival (http://www.gladefestival.com/) introducing the Younger Brother live set!
Simon plays everything and anything that will mix together. Bits of techno, electro, tech house, minimal, progressive and psychedelia. A non conformist, he likes to keep the dancefloor guessing. Whilst floating between the genres he still keeps it deep, driving, sexy and psychedelic.
“Casanueva” is set out to be a new kind of sexy House music with a truly live element to it in the form of instrumental performances combined with rocking electronic elements, making it the ultimate combination of visual and audio performance.
Taking in influences from all around the world but especially Eastern and Latin vibes, “Casanueva” literally translates as ‘New House’ and of course takes its literal reference from Casanova.

Michal Ruzicka, aka DJ Schwa, is the man behind BEEF records and electronic duo Shades Of Gray.
In 2005 the idea of an innovative techno/house label became reality and thus established the foundation for “BEEF Records.” BEEF records has since then been slowly establishing itself as one of the hottest labels on the tech/house scene with release from respected artists such as Robert Babicz, Deepchild, Kreon, Jet Project, Arnaud Le Texier, Shur-i-kan, Pezzner, Mike Monday…
Schwa’s sets are not strictly one style oriented; he combines sounds that progressively flow from deeper shades of house to techno rhythms. Schwa’s unique mixing and track selection has resulted in a particularly massive following throughout Japan, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, France, Austria, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Slovakia and Australia. Schwa has performed at huge international festivals such as “Open Air Field” (Czech Republic), “Parihaka” (New Zealand), “No Mans Land Festival” (Hungary), “Rainbow Serpent” (Australia), “Earthcore Carnival” (Australia), Good Vibrations (Australia) and while touring Asia Michal had a chance to perform at the biggest club in Japan – Ageha.
Schwa supported Djs/projects such as: Gui Boratto, Jimpster, Minilogue, Extrawelt, D-Nox, Propellerheads, Dj T, Jamie Jones, Ripperton, Alex Smoke, Antix, Orbital, Chemical brothers, Steve Angello, Deepchild, Kasey Taylor, Future Sounds of London, System 7, Paul Van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Heidi, Tim Green and many more.
