the guvernment: mark olivers set. 2 tracks

hey guys i have 2 tracks that i just need to know. i heard it for the first time yesterday while mark oliver was spinning. the first track is the very first song and goes up to about 6min. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCoBGd0uQhw
