couple of questions regarding turntables and second hand vinyl
1. im in the look for a decent turntable with pitch, direct driven and good pick up, but not necessarily a sl1210 as im not going to dj. anyone suggestions?
2. im in the look for huge collections of second hand 90s house vinyls. where the hell should i look for these?

You'll find the occasional lot of decent wax on eBay. Aside from that, Craigslist, Kijiji and message boards. On Discogs records are sold individually, but if you buy a large batch from one seller, you have a better chance of being able to negotiate the price.

Is Technics still kicking or are current ones being sold the last of their stock? BTW are you talking about the 1210M5G with the pretty sparkly finish and 16% pitch range?

it appears that they were officially discontinued not real long ago.
The biggest issue from Panasonics point of view didn't appear so much lack of sales(at least that's not the excuse they used) but more issues with suppliers and having a heard time sourcing certain components as well as playing it safe before things get worse and more difficult for them.
An electronic item that's been produced since the early 70s is bound to be discontinued before of production issues one day or another.

WTF? You sure about this? I've only heard about the two bogus news that they're getting discontinued and Panasonic denied both. I can't see them completely discontinuing the whole SL1210/1200 line yet at least.
is there any place selling them brand new still? i cant find any local shops that do. i want a brand new one as the second hand price is pretty high around here. shit theyre 1200USD on djdeals!
