Daft Punk - June 11 in Seattle?
Anyone heard anything about this? Or is this another one of those DP dime a dozen rumors? I just read about it, and got very curious as a I'm a HUGE DP fan.

It's just fans of Daft Punk joining together to demand Daft Punk play in Seattle.

No. I read it on the EDC thread. Someone posted a link to the confirmed EDC line up and in the article, it states that DP is rumored for EDC because they're reportedly doing a show in Seattle on June 11th. But, we all know DP is always rumored at ANY major festival. But then again, that site is a blog. Everyone and their mothers can make one.
which the blogger was referring to you will see the Crocodile Cafe and the event labeled as:
Saturday 6/11DAFT PUNK vs. CHROMEO feat. WISHBONE (DJ Booger & Boombox Kid) 10pm 21 & over
Slick marketing and wording on Crocodile Cafe's part. People will click on the link to see additional details on this show...it may end up going viral. It will be interesting to see if Daft Punk's team will serve a cease and desist on how the event is listed on the previous link I posted earlier.
I wish the rumors were true! I would have high tailed it up to Seattle. Let's keep our fingers crossed that a tour will happen sometime soon

Got it! Thanks! DP did say last year that they were supposed to start touring again this year, but we'll see what's up. I have a feeling they're gonna finish new material before we see them on tour again.

I heard that negotiations fell through (or are on going?) and they might not tour here (in the US) any time soon :/
