Hi, a type of techno or progressive, i don't really know it's genre.

Hi guys, I was sitting @ bulldog amsterdam with friends and suddenly I heard something I've never heard before, it caught my ear and now I can't get it out of my head.
I don't really know how to define this genre so here's a part of the tune.
sorry for the bad quality the place was really noisy.
