How to start mixing?

Ive got hundreds of trance mp3's and ive been following Trance for years but i know nothing about the mixing side of things...can someone explain the steps involved to becoming a dj,even if its nothing more than a hobby....

Also,
these 4 tunes make my top ten ever:

cosmicman - i love you (shane 54 remix)
Blank & Jones - Desire (4 Strings Remix)
Trancemaster - I feel love (Dj Jamx & De Leon remix)
Castello - Music inside

If anyone has the same taste in trance as me just list some songs if you could......Thanks....>>
