can anybody help me this way please...

problems:

1)my avermedia capture program records the video well but it records audio from microphone input an the audio quality goes down...

2)I need a good&easy program to comress to mpg...

3)And a program to edit..

Will somebody help?
Because I want to upload this vids into this site...
