But the world could be a lot better if everyone took customer service seriously... it's what business owners are encouraged to do in every single book I've ever read. You can't be successful in a business without pleasing your customers.
They should be held accountable for everything that went wrong and since they never responded to multiple inquiries, I'm going to continue telling everyone about the problems until they do respond.
I wasted my time and money on an event that I absolutely hated... and it's all because of them. I've been all over the world to experience different venues, some good, some bad, and I seriously had the worst clubbing experience of my life at this place.
But yea, I do encourage everyone to check it out for themselves... if you've ever been any where that's any good, you will realize in a matter of seconds that this place is a joke. |
Paul, no offense, but you are comparing apples to oranges, when you compare the Amp to "anywhere that's good." The Amp is in Tampa, which is not a clubbing destination like Miami or Ibiza. In the USA, you rarely get to hear an extended set of more than 2-2.5hrs from headliners. Most clubs in the states close at 2am or 3am with a few exceptions. That is, unless you go to a clubbing mecca like Miami, where the laws allow the clubs to stay open later. The Amp never advertised that Markus' set would be more than 2hrs. Maxdady25 has been back numerous times since and reported no power issues, so the complaint about the power cutting out seems to have been addressed, although not directly to you.
