you know I was just watching this a couple of times to see if I could see anything that was shady. And I have to rescind the "WOW" comment. I don't see anything wrong with what he did. I checked out some other video's on youtube about his performance and although he uses his headphones less than others, and its apparent that the last few minutes of his set was already laid out, it was partly because of the fireworks and the closing of DanceValley. I think people are making this out to be more than what it is. I'd say you'd just have to be there to see the entire set. Even the first mix in the above video shows him changing over from one deck to the other.

I think it says a lot about the quality of your tracks if you need synced fireworks to make it special. Besides, in this video I don't see anything synced apart of a few smoke machines. The few video's I saw on youtube that included fireworks are after he stopped the music and went on the mic (before that save the world track which is "oh so special" to him )

Trance Energy 2010 had a set of Armin video streamed via Vodafone, it was extremely silly and painful to "experience" that, even when the stream went down for 10 seconds after which our beloved Armin returned while jumping with his angelically spread arms.
This is just shameful.

How is this still a topic with todays technology? Djs actually still mix by themselves?
I just can't believe he needs someone to light his cigarettes for him.
I can kinda understand the thinking: "I'm too busy DJing", but he's not even doing that!

lol, i wonder what kind of stupid ass club owners wanting him there. hes the biggest asshole ever in music industry. actually im so ashamed of being into edm because of this dude that i had to delete all my mp3s. im thinking about selling all my gear too and just learn to play guitar instead. this is unforgivable. what a fucking loser.

saw this last night, i personally think its a bloody joke. the excuse that he needed to sync the cannons and al that to his music is pitiful if you ask me.
This is all that is wrong with the dance music industry, people that cant even be bothered to do what is expected from them, stand aside and give some TALENTED underrated chap a shot.
By the looks of the video he was just to pissed to even be bothered, dropping drinks, cant light a fag and spent half the time facing away from the crowd.
