This is a rework of a track I made about a year and a half ago.. the mix was lacking but it otherwise got really good feedback, thought I'd give the mix another shot.
Cody, long time. Good to see you keeping productive... I've been slacking when it comes to catching up.
Finding it difficult to put some thought down though. Guess this ain't my trade. How're things anyway? I remember you mentioning that you were considering a different approach to some of your music - more of an ambient direction. Ever do it?

@owsey -- Hey pal, no worries haha. I know uplifting trance isn't your thing, the fact that you consistently try to give me feedback when that's all I ever really make means a lot as it is. IIRC back when I said that, it was after making the first track any labels have ever taken seriously, I figured I'm already 4 years in.. might as well tough it out and keep practicing if I have potential.
Odd that you mention it, though, I just bought a guitar-recording interface so I could work on more experimental live stuff. You'll be the first person I show it to, rest assured (;
Thanks for the feedback guys, always appreciated.

i'm really liking it - sounds like the good old days
I left my thoughts (by now you probably know about it) on SC - really enjoyed this ride Cody.

really really nice. why don't you make 13minute monsters like Tilt? you can include all that wonderful melodic work in an intro and develop it throughout the piece instead of focusing so much on the breakdown (way too long, but i can see why you would make it that way -- the track demanded it).

How can it be "too long" if the track "demanded it"? I'm seriously asking, I appreciate the feedback but that's just confusing

you were going with three melodic lines in the breakdown. to cut them short would gut the track.
