Hello mate. In short, the answer is no. I lived in MK for 25 years, all the way through the trance explosion of the late 90's early 00's. Apart from the events at the Sanctuary (now demolished) and a night called Ultra Vegas, Milton Keynes was lacking in a regular and worthwhile dance / electronic night out.
All of the clubs in MK are focused on the masses. I have not been out for music in MK for almost 10 years. You would do better in trying to head into the London area for a decent night.
