Wow. Anoter of his albums pirated... looks like he won't be releasing this one, either which might not be a bad thing, considering.

Thanks to everyone who have shown their support here, and on Facebook and the like concerning the pirated Thousand Mile Stare album. It takes a while to sink in; quite a few months of work stolen. I guess because we are talking about something we all enjoy, either listening or making music, it seems churlish to mention financial loss. But the truth is for most artists – we’re not capable of having our work stolen and surviving. I guess we’re in an even greater era of disrespect. I’m past thinking of what I would like to do to the person or people involved – life is too short, but the daily repercussions are a reminder of just how damaging this kind of thing can be to a small set up like mine. On the upside – and I know I keep saying this, we are working on something and will announce as soon as possible. This time I want to be sure I can deliver what I say without fear of thieves. |
